Kintech Renewables has informed that as per Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of practices and procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (‘Code’) and as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st April, 2021 to till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2021 for the Directors/ KMP and other designated employees etc covered under the said code.
