Ashok Leyland has reported sales figures for the month of March 2021. The company has reported 8- fold jump in sales (domestic + exports) during March 2021 at 17231 units as against 2126 units in March 2020. LCV sales were reported above 17 - fold jump at 6130 units in March 2021 as against 348 units in March 2020. M&HCV Trucks and bus sales stood at 9674 units and 1427 units, respectively.
Domestic sales reported 9- fold jump Y-o-Y in March 2021 to 15761 units as compared to 1734 units in March 2020. Domestic LCV sales increased 46% Y-o-Y to 5860 units, as compared to 289 units in March 2020.
