Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading),Regulations,2015 & amendments thereto, Valley Magnesite Co has informed that Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for au the Board Members, officers and designated Employees and their respective Dependent Family Members shall remain closed on and from 1st April, 2021 and win re-open after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2021 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. Further the date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2021 shall be intimated in due course.
