Adani Enterprises rises as its arm incorporates wholly owned subsidiary

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 1166.25, up by 2.75 points or 0.24% from its previous closing of Rs. 1163.50 on the BSE.

The incorporation is to undertake activities relating to the Operations, Maintenance, Tolling and other incidental activities of Infrastructure facilities including roads, highways, expressways, bridges and other infrastructure assets.

Adani Enterprises is an infrasatructure company. The company is engaged in coal trading, coal mining, oil and gas exploration, ports, multimodal logistics, power generation and transmission, and gas distribution.
