Karda Constructions has informed that with reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities and disclosures and compliances thereof by such Large Corporate (LC). In this connection, it has confirmed that the Company Karda Constructions does not fall under the Large Corporate (LC) category as per framework provided in the aforesaid Circular.
