Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Benares Hotels has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, April 26, 2021, to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2021 and to recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2021 for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Further, pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from 25th March, 2021 to 28th April, 2021 and that the Trading Window shall open on 29th April, 2021 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
