Adani Green Energy’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Adani Renewable Energy Holding Fifteen has been awarded a project capacity of 150 MWac solar power project. The fixed tariff for this project capacity is Rs 2.22/ kWh for a period of 25 years. The project is expected to be commissioned by Q3 FY2023.

NTPC is going to issue unsecured non-convertible bonds in the nature of debentures of Rs 3,996 crore on April 20, 2021, through private placement at a coupon of 6.87% p.a. with a door to door maturity of 15 years 1 day on April 21, 2036. The proceeds will be utilized for, inter alia, funding of capital expenditure, refinancing of existing loans and other general corporate purposes.

Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) is planning to procure Rs 3,000 crore of products from small businesses annually as part of the government's efforts to encourage them. The company has earmarked 300 products, which are to be picked up from the small and medium enterprises. BHEL has launched an online technology platform to collaboratively support domestic industry in technology innovation and problem-solving with its infrastructure and resources to meet national targets.

Career Point has signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in tutorial division with Government of India's Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. The agreement will remain be effective for a period of three years, is valued at about Rs 5.50 crore. Under the agreement, the Ministry will fund the expenditure of coaching program to SC/OBC students selected by Career point as per defined terms, at two locations namely Jaipur and Jodhpur.

Prestige Estate Projects has acquired 45% stake in Century Megacity and 55% stake in Century Landmark. The objects and effects of acquisition is to undertake real estate developments. The acquisition is completed on April 15, 2021.

Indiamart Intermesh through its wholly owned subsidiary -- Tradezeal Online has agreed to acquire 22% of the Share Capital (on fully diluted basis) of Truckhall through Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement (SSHA) signed between the parties. The company through its wholly owned subsidiary intends to invest a total of upto Rs 9.68 crore.

HDFC Bank has reported results for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2021. The bank has reported a rise of 18.17% in its net profit at Rs 8,186.51 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 6,927.69 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 5.85% at Rs 38,017.50 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 35,917.63 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. On the consolidated basis, the bank has reported a rise of 15.85% in its net profit at Rs 8,433.78 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 7,280.22 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank increased by 6.85% at Rs 40,909.49 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 38,287.17 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
