With the reference of earlier notice dated 17/04/2021 regarding the board meeting for review the un-audited quarter results, Brahmaputra Infrastructure has informed that due to lockdown announced by Delhi Government from 19th April 2021 at 10 pm till Monday 26th April 2021 morning at 5 am, due to these unavoidable circumstances the company is unable to call a board meeting at its registered office at A-7, Mahipalpur, Brahmapuira House, New Delhi-110037. The company will review the un-audited results on next Saturday at same venue same time.
