Triveni Glass has informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Insider Trading Regulation Code, the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st April, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021 after being approved by the Board of Directors. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2021 will be informed in due course. The Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors/ Promoters/ Designated Persons and/ or any person having contractual or fiduciary relation with the Company.
