In continuation to EGM notice dated April 12, 2021, The Hi-Tech Gears has informed that in view of the unprecedented circumstances caused by the second wave of COVID-19 and in compliance with the various directives issued by the State Governments and other government authorities to contain the spread of virus, the Board of Directors through circulation resolution have approved the cancellation of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at 4:00 pm. The e-voting facility commencing from May 09, 2021 at 9:00 am provided by the Company for voting in regard to EGM also stands cancelled.
