Prozone Intu Properties has sold its whole 25% investment in Moontown Trading Company (Moontown), consequently Moontown Trading Company ceased to be a Joint venture of the Company. Moontown Trading Company was a joint venture between Prozone Intu Properties and Shalom Voyagers.
