Tata Consumer Products reports consolidated net profit of Rs 54 crore in Q4

Tata Consumer Products has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

The company has reported a rise of 15.17% in its net profit at Rs 81.69 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 70.93 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 38.96% at Rs 1878.78 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 1352.01 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net profit attributed to the owners at Rs 53.90 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 76.49 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 26.92% at Rs 3080.18 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 2426.96 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, the company has reported a rise of 18.33% in its net profit at Rs 619.51 crore as compared to Rs 523.54 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 25.47% at Rs 7287.37 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 5807.99 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 86.33% in its net profit attributed to the owners at Rs 856.69 crore as compared to Rs 459.76 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 20.25% at Rs 11723.41 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 9749.01 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
