The above reference made by the company was to recover operational debt from Hindustan Cables. ln the said matter MSEFC Council, Gandhinagar, Gujarat has passed order for conciliation failed under section 18(2) of the MSMED Act, 2006 in its meeting held on 16th March, 2021. Company has received the above order passed by MSEFC Council, Gandhinagar, Gujarat on 19th May, 2021 at 3:59 pm, via email.
