Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Landmarc Leisure Corporation has informed that Harshil Chheda, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company has given notice of resignation from the position of Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company, through resignation letter dated 22nd May, 2021. The Company has accepted his resignation and relieved him from his responsibilities effective from close of Business hours on Saturday, 22nd May, 2021. Following his Resignation, K.R Mahadevan, Whole Time Director of the Company shall act as Compliance Officer till the post of Company Secretary is filled. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is given in the enclosed Annexure I.
