Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Also informed that the trading window for trading in Company's securities by the designated persons and their immediate relatives is closed from April 01, 2021 and shall remain close till closed till expiry of 48 hours from the announcement of said financial results to the public.
