With respect to letter no. L/SURV/ONL/PV/NJ/2021-2022/257 dated 21st May, 2021 with respect to clarification on price movement of the Company’s security in the recent past, Gujarat Hotels has informed that the Company has no information which may have a bearing on the price/ volume behaviour in its scrip. The company further informed that if and when there is any material development with respect to the affairs of the Company, the Stock Exchange is kept advised, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company’s Policy for determination of materiality of events and information for disclosure to the Stock Exchange.
