Hercules Hoists’ board has approved the proposal received from Hindustan Unilever, Nashik regarding purchase of three windmills, 1.25 MW capacity each situated at Khori, Dhule, Maharashtra. These windmills are part of business segment ‘Windmill’ and total contribution of revenue from these windmills are only 1% of total operating revenue of the company. The Board of Directors in their meeting held on May 25, 2021 has approved the same.
Hercules Hoists, a part of the Bajaj group, one of the India’s prime business houses was established in 1962 is a manufacturer of material-handling equipment.
