Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, further to letter dated 23rd April 2021, Hindustan Hardy has informed that the working in the factory is resumed fully with effect from 24th May 2021 as per the guidelines of local and Maharashtra State Government. The factory was partially operating with effect from 23rd April 2021 in view of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
