In reference to Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company which was held on May 31, 2021 at 4.00 pm through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means, Jay Bharat Maruti has informed that it enclosed Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer on the Remote E-Voting and voting conducted at the EGM as per the provisions of Section 108 & 109 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosures Requirement), Regulations, 2015. It also informed that the resolutions set forth in the notice have been passed by the members of the Company with requisite majority.
