In compliance with the Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, Bhagyanagar Properties has informed that Scientia Infocom India, Subsidiary of the Company has acquired 100% equity shares of Hyderabad Solar on 3rd June, 2021. The disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part A of Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations, is attached as per 'Annexure A'.
