Bank of India turns black in Q4

Bank of India has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.

The bank has reported net profit at Rs 250.19 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss at Rs 3571.41 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank decreased by 6.84% at Rs 11379.84 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 12215.78 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the bank has reported net profit at Rs 83.15 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net loss of Rs 3600.65 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank decreased by 6.64% at Rs 11476.86 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 12293.37 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, the bank has reported net profit at Rs 2160.30 crore as compared to net loss at Rs 2956.89 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the bank decreased by 2.09% at Rs 48040.93 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 49066.33 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, on the consolidated basis, the bank has reported net profit at Rs 2082.75 crore as compared to net loss at Rs 3051.04 crore for the previous year. Total income of the bank decreased by 2.12% at Rs 48350.00 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 49399.66 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
