Sumuka Agro Industries has informed that with reference to earlier letter dated May 31, 2021, regarding intimation of date of Board Meeting, which was scheduled to be held on Monday, June 7, 2021, has been postponed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Company and is rescheduled on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021. Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders ‘The PIT Policy’ and applicable provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time the 'Trading Window’ for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after announcement of audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021.
