The company is listed on the Start-up Segment under SME Platform of BSE and pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Annual Secretarial Compliance Report referred under Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 along with many other regulations as prescribed under Regulation 15(2), shall not apply to the Company.
