As already informed through its letter dated 01st June, 2021, Shetron has informed that the Board of Directors of the company, at its Meeting held on 10 June, 2021, which commenced at 01:00 pm and concluded at 02:00 pm, has: Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, considered and approved the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021 in compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and copy of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March, 2021 along with the Auditor Report with un modified opinion and declaration to this effect are enclosed. Take all the above on record and treat this as compliance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
