BHEL declines on reporting consolidated net loss of Rs 1035 crore in Q4

Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) is currently trading at Rs. 67.80, down by -8.40 points or -11.02 % from its previous closing of Rs. 76.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 68.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 69.75 and Rs. 62.55 respectively. So far 14848475 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 79.50 on 09-Jun-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 26.75 on 16-Oct-2020.

Total income of the company decreased by 40.32% at Rs 7255.23 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 5170.66 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss attributed to the owners at Rs 1034.82 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 as compared to net loss at Rs 1532.67 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 40.21% at Rs 7245.16 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 5166.64 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, the company has reported net loss at Rs 2717.14 crore as compared to net loss at Rs 1472.97 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company marginally decreased by 19.79% at Rs 17678.28 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 22039.77 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss attributed to the owners at Rs 2697.11 crore as compared to net loss at Rs 1466.01 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 19.84% at Rs 17657.11 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 22027.44 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
