Laxmi Organic Industries has informed that the Company in its letter dated May 25, 2021 while intimating record date for determining eligibility for payment of final dividend for the financial year 2020-21 erroneously informed that the 32nd Annual General Meeting will be held on July 23, 2021 instead of July 26, 2021. To the aforementioned extent the company is issuing this corrigendum and accordingly, the date of 32nd Annual General Meeting shall stand corrected as July 26, 2021.
