Kirloskar Industries has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015: All the offices of Kirloskar Industries at different locations have resumed with limited staff from 14 June 2021, as per Government guidelines. The Company is adhering to COVID-19 guidelines issued by the Local Bodies/ State Government Central Government for its operations in the offices. The Company is also closely monitoring the situation and will take requisite steps in accordance with the directions issued by the Central and State Government, from time to time.
