Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Ashok Leyland has informed that Switch Mobility, UK, subsidiary of the Company has acquired the entire shareholding in Switch Mobility Automotive, India on June 14, 2021. In view of the same, Switch Mobility Automotive, India has become a step-down subsidiary of the Company.
