Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and as per the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’, Sudarshan Chemical Industries has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, 1st July, 2021, up to forty-eight hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021, to the stock exchanges, for trading by all designated persons, including their immediate relatives. The date of the Board Meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021 shall be communicated in due course of time.
