Generic Engineering Construction and Projects has entered in a Share Purchase Agreement dated June 28, 2021 for sale/disposal of 100% Equity Shares held in Generic Chartered Resources. Pursuant to execution of the Share Purchase Agreement and transfer of shares, Generic Chartered Resources will cease to be the wholly owned Subsidiary of the company.
