The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of financial results for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2021 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended on June 30, 2021 shall be intimated separately in due course of time.
