Add-Shop ERetail has informed that Related Party Transactions disclosure as required under Regulation 23 (9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the company. Further, the company clarified that Add-Shop E-Retail ('Company') is claiming exemption under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 as Corporate Governance provisions shall not apply to listed entities having Paid up Equity share capital not exceeding Rs.10 Crores and Net worth not exceeding Rs. 25 Crores, as on last day of previous financial year.Since, the Company is exempted under Regulation 15(2) or SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and consequently the Company is also exempted from submitting the Related Party Transactions disclosure for the half year/year ended on 31st March, 2021 to the Stock Exchange.
