Valley Magnesite Company has informed that the Regulation 23 (9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations, 2015 is not applicable to the company for the reasons as specified below: It certify that paid up Equity share capital of the Company as on 31.03.2021 is Rs 1.05 Crore (One Crore and Five lakhs only) which is less that `10.00 Crores ( Ten Cores Only) and the Networth of the Company as on 31.03.2021 is ` 6.77 Crores (Six Crores and Seventy Seven Lakhs only) which is less than ` 25.00 Crores. As its Paid up capital is less than Rs 10.00 Crores and Net worth is less than Rs 25.00 Crores the requirement to submit disclosures of related party transaction as per Regulation 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 not applicable to us.
