ITC has informed that it enclosed details of the shares dematerialised by the Company during the month of June 2021 in the enclosed Annexure A. Further, it confirmed that the share certificates in respect of the shares dematerialised have been mutilated and cancelled after due verification and the name of the Depository has been substituted in records as the registered owner within the stipulated period of time. Further, informed that the Company was not required to effect rematerialisation of shares during the month of June 2021.
