Pursuant to the SEBI circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November, 2018, Sumuka Agro Industries has informed that the company has stated that for the financial year ended 31st March, 2021, the Company is not identified as a ‘Large Corporate’ as per the applicability criteria mentioned in Para 2.2 of the aforesaid circular. Accordingly, the Company is not required to submit Disclosure in format specified in the aforesaid circular.
