Jonjua Overseas has informed that cancellation of unconfirmed pledge has been received from Promoter Group Company. It is submitted as follows: In continuation of the letter dated 14-08-2019 it is stated that Jonjua Air (Formerly Jonjua Global Sources ) is not a promoter of Jonjua Overseas but a related party being a Promoter Group Company. As the creation of Pledge was not confirmed by the Pledgee Abhishek Gupta & Sons HUF, therefore, no Pledge was created under Rule 12.9.3 of NSDL Business Rules; The Unconfirmed Pledge of 2,25,000 shares of Jonjua Overseas of Jonjua Air (Formerly Jonjua Global Sources ) in favour of Abhishek Gupta & Sons HUF has been cancelled on 06-07-2021.
