Mafatlal Industries has informed that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 29th day of July, 2021 at Mumbai, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 30th June, 2021. Further, it has informed that the Trading Window in respect of dealings in the Equity Shares of the Company, remained closed, for all the Directors, Designated (specified) Employees of the Company and ‘the connected persons’ with the Company, from 30th June, 2021 to 31st July, 2021. The trading window in respect of dealing in the shares of the Company shall reopen from 1st August, 2021.
