Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has informed that Upma Goel has tendered her resignation from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Bank. In order to ensure smooth transition/handover, her resignation would be effective from September 30, 2021 (close of business hours). Consequently, she shall also cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other Applicable Laws. The Board of Directors of the Bank has taken note of her resignation and has appreciated her valuable contribution to the Bank. She has mentioned in her resignation letter that she is resigning to pursue her professional aspirations outside the Bank. She has also confirmed that there is no other material reason for her resignation other than stated above. This intimation shall also be available on the Bank’s website at www.ujjivansfb.in.
