Swarnasarita Gems has received an approval for acquisition of Swarnsarita Realty by way of investment in its equity share capital so as to make Swarnsarita Realty a subsidiary of the company. The board at its meeting held on November 06, 2012 has approved for the same.
Swarnasarita Gems is engaged in diamond polishing and manufacture of jewelry. It has its manufacturing unit located at in the special economic zone (SEZ) in Surat, Gujarat. SSGL exports its wide range of diamond jewellery direct to semi wholesalers in various international markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, Middle East etc.
