DCB Bank has informed that the Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Bank will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 at 2.30 pm (IST) via Video Conferencing (‘VC’)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (‘OAVM’). Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), the company has submitted a copy of the Annual Report of the Bank including Notice of the AGM for the financial year ended March 31, 2021. In view of Covid-19 pandemic, Annual Report 2020-21 including Notice of the 26th AGM is being sent simultaneously through E-mails to all the Members of the Bank whose E-mail Ids are registered with the Bank / Depositories as per the relevant Circulars by MCA and SEBI. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Bank has fixed Friday, August 06, 2021 as the Record Date (‘Cut-Off-Date’) for reckoning the voting entitlement of the Members of the Bank for the AGM. Take this on the records in compliance with Regulation 34, 42 and other applicable Regulations, if any, of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
