Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015’) as amended from time to time, Sudarshan Chemical Industries has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 6th August, 2021, through audio visual means, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021. Further, as communicated earlier, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and as per the Company’s ‘Code to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from Thursday, 1st July, 2021, up to 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021 up to 8th August, 2021, for trading by all designated persons, including their immediate relatives.
