In terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of Kennametal India (KIL) will be closed from July 1, 2021 until completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended June 30, 2021.
