In terms of the requirements of Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company has submitted the Annual Report of the Company including the Business Responsibility Report and the Notice of AGM for the financial year 2020-21, which is also being sent through electronic mode to the Members.
