Pursuant to clause 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 4th August 2021 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended on 30.6.2021. Further as informed through its communication dated 30.6.2021, pursuant to the amended (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares by the designed persons of the Company and their immediate relatives remains closed from 1.7.2021 to 6.8.2021. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives have been intimated not to trade in the Company's shares during the aforesaid period of closure of window.
