Lancor Holdings’ board has approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary company. The proposed wholly owned subsidiary company to be incorporated shall carry out a new project at Keelkattalai, Chennai. The business of wholly owned subsidiary is in line with the main line of business of the company. The meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 24, 2021 have approved the same.
Lancor Holdings is an India-based company. The company is engaged in the construction and sale of residential properties, construction and leasing of commercial properties.
