Lancor Holdings touches roof on getting nod to incorporate wholly owned subsidiary

Lancor Holdings is locked its upper circuit limit at Rs. 11.34, up by 0.54 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 10.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 11.34 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 11.34 and Rs. 11.34 respectively. So far 1730 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'X' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 11.34 on 26-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 2.76 on 29-Jul-2020.

Lancor Holdings’ board has approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary company. The proposed wholly owned subsidiary company to be incorporated shall carry out a new project at Keelkattalai, Chennai. The business of wholly owned subsidiary is in line with the main line of business of the company. The meeting of the Board of Directors held on July 24, 2021 have approved the same.
