GPT Infraprojects has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 03rd August, 2021 at 12.00 Noon at the Registered Office of the Company through Video Conferencing (VC), to consider and approve among other matters the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon of the Company for the 1st quarter ended on 30th June,2021. The trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company is already closed in terms of Insider Trading Code of the Company. Pursuant to SEBI (LODR) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2021, the Company shall not publish notice of Board Meeting in the newspapers. However, intimation of notice of Board meeting will be available on the website of the Company at www.gptinfra.in.
