With reference to NSE’s email communication dated 27th July, 2021, seeking clarification about the Corporate Announcement titled ‘Disruption of operations at Mahad Site due to heavy rain and floods’ which was submitted by the Company on 26th July, 2021. In this respect, Sudarshan Chemical Industries has informed that the restoration activities are in progress and the Company is in process of assessing the damage which would take a few more days, these are however, expected to be not material and the Company is adequately insured for these damages.
