GB Global has informed that the Company as on 23rd July, 2021, filed an application with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEB’), seeking an extension of time for submission of financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 30th June, 2021 in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the reasons as further detailed in the said application.
