In continuation to earlier intimation dated May 10, 2021, wherein the Board had approved the Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger between the Tips Industries and Tips Films and its respective Shareholders and Creditors, subject to receipt of applicable regulatory and other approvals, Tips Industries has informed that BSE and NSE vide their letters dated July 29, 2021, have issued their Observation Letters with 'No adverse observation/ No-objection' remark, to the proposed Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger, as required under Regulation 37 of the Listing Regulations. The company has enclosed the copy of the said observation letters for reference and records.
